Välillä Internet yllättää. Harvoin olen nähnyt näin hyvin biisiin sopivaa fanivideota. Biisi on Holy Otherin We Over vuodelta 2010. Video tavoittaa hienosti biisin tunnelman ja sen oudon toiveikkaan synkkyyden.

Holy Otherin tuotannoissa ihmisäänellä on aina vahva rooli ja sitä käytetään hienosti kommunikoimaan tunnetiloja käyttäen sanoja vain osan ajasta.  Aika paljon informaatiota välitetään leikatuilla ja efektoiduilla pätkillä, ihmisen henkäyksillä.

Every once in a while the Internet throws you a curve ball. Rarely have I seen a fan video that works as well as this one. The song is Holy Other’s We Over, from 2010, The video does a great job of conveying the weirdly hopeful darkness at the heart of the song.

The human voice always seems to play an important role in Holy Other’s songs. It’s used to communicate emotions while using words only a part of the time. A lot of information is conveyed using cut up and effect-processed snippets, like breaths of humanity.
